Welcoming Gainesville & Alachua County, Inc., (WG&AC) is a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit dedicated to making Gainesville, Florida and Alachua County an inclusive community that welcomes immigrants, international students, refugees, and other newcomers to our neighborhood. We a celebrate diversity as a source of strength and innovation. WG&AC is part of the nationwide Welcoming America network. We accomplish our mission by creating and promoting immigrant-friendly policies, communicating welcoming principles and the benefits of inclusion among residents, and organizing programs and events that unite individuals from a variety of backgrounds.

The purpose of the Baha’is to unify humanity. We are one Human Family is our central focus.
Our local community life centers around four main activities: study circles, devotional gatherings, children's classes, and junior youth empowerment programs. SF COLLEGE CENTER OF EXCELLENCE NATIONAL ACHIEVERS SOCIETY
SF College Center of Excellence, (SFCOE/National Achievers Society), is a college track program for K-12th grade students and their families under the auspices of the Florida Education Fund (FEF). This group achievement engaged learning model enables students to excel both academically and culturally. Families learn to become active participants and advocates for their children’s education. Faith communities and civic organizations partner with the program*. “Together we learn and grow!” Signature programs sustain academic excellence, promote transformative community service, further cultural awareness and responsive global citizenship.
